 Every time you visit Serendipity, you will earn points.  Over time your points will add up, and you can redeem them for FREE gift cards to use toward any product or service of choice.  We appreciate our clients and understand that you deserve to be rewarded for your loyalty. This is a FREE program and is presented as a courtesy to ALL of our clients.  There is no obligation on your part.

How do I earn points?

You earn points anytime you are at Serendipity.  Every $1.00 spent = 1 point

Example:  $26.00 haircut = 26 points

                  $14.00 product = 14 points

(This also includes gift card purchases, however, you do not accumulate points on gift card redemption)

 How can I accumulate points faster?

*Earn 25 points when you pre-book your next appointment (at in-salon ring-up)

*Earn 25 points when you try a new service in our salon for the first time

*Earn 50 points for a new salon referral (you redeem the points on the day your new                    Referral comes in for his/her appointment)

What do I get for my points?

Serendipity points can be redeemed for FREE gift cards.

400 points = $10.00 gift card

800 points = $25.00 gift card

1600 points = $55.00 gift card

 **Earn an extra 50 points if you are a first time client, when you pre-book (at in-salon ring up)

 How do I sign up for this program?

You don’t have to do anything.  All Serendipity clients are automatically in the program.  As of January 1^st 2009, every dollar spent earns points.

Your tally of points accumulated is in our computer system and are balanced on your receipt at check out.

*Points have no cash value; they can be redeemed for gift cards only.

*Points can only be accumulated if we have your name and information at time of check out.

*Points are NOT transferable between clients.

*Points will be forfeited if there is no account activity for 18 months.

*Once you have points, the value of those points will not change.

*Points are not accumulated when redeeming any gift cards.
